Walker did not show up for scheduled walk and did not bother to cancel - leaving my dog alone for 12 hours to destroy my carpets. When I contacted her about repairing the damages she informed me I was “rude,” and then canceled all future walks, leaving me mid work week with a house of urine and feces and no dog walker. Needless to say, I recommend you avoid any dealings with this walker. To top it off, she had previously demanded 48 hours notice if I needed to cancel, but yet I got Zero notice and of course - no consequences for her - only me. She was a real treat and has destroyed my work week and carpets. I would also add that Rover has yet to solve these issues, but they’re “sorry.”
