I own a high energy 35 pound Frenchie that I run with daily. I’m familiar with grooming. He requires cleaning of his paws and folds with antibacterial wipes. I know how to get in those ears and get them squeaky clean. My buddy Omar is not a fan of baths but I manage to get him relaxed for when he needs to be bathed so if your dog is skittish when it comes to bathing I’m used to that and can handle it. I am very aware of the energy I give out when interacting with dogs because dogs respond to the energy that humans give out so I’m always cheery and calm. I can cater to your dogs individual needs. Whether he/she needs affection, physical space, exercise, a bed time story, etc. I’m your go to guy!

Peter has had a genuine interest in dogs since childhood when our family adopted our dog from a shelter. As a young adult living away from home, he decided to have a dog of his own which he cares for dearly. Peter's personal experience, his love for dogs and their well being make him a great choice to become your dog walker!
I have been friends with Pete for about four years and have always known him to be reliable, hard-working, and passionate towards anything he puts his mind to. He has a dog of his own, an adorable French Bulldog named Omar, who Pete has cared for on his own since he was a puppy. Pete has a wonderful relationship with animals and embodies the sensitivity and confidence one would need for this position. I think he would be a perfect fit to join The Rover Team.
Hearing that Pete wants to start walking dogs comes at no surprise! Pete is a dog lover of all kinds, who cares for his pup like it's his own child. This is a job he will be passionate and look forward to everyday. Peter is so good to his dog, Omar. He treats him like a child of his own. Always making sure he’s in a great mood and on time for his appointments. Not to mention Omar is sooooooo adorable on Instagram. I’ve let Pete take care of my pup before, couldn’t be any happier.
