Pet care experience
Just a university student who misses his dogs, I am also a young man who can take your dogs on good length walks. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. Have helped my mum to train dogs to help disabled people for 14 years. I have had lots of different types of dogs including golden retrievers, poodles, labradors, labradoodles, golden doodles and German Shepard. I have first hand experience of dealing with puppies, as my dog had a litter of 11. Very willing to look after puppies and young dogs. I will be able to house sit but on weekdays will have university to attend to but as of yet do not know my timetable. On weekends I will be free to stay at the house for the entirety.

Peter has always been a dog person, ever since our mum started training dogs when he was a toddler he looked to be active in the training and the care of the dogs. Wherever he goes, if there's a dog there, it will find him and follow him around, for example at a hostel in New Zealand when we were travelling the hostel pooch seemed to attach himself to the group and Peter threw his stick for about an hour on the beach before heading back to the hostel! If you choose Peter, you will have made the right choice and your dog's will love him!
Peter has grown up with trainee assistance dogs in the house, he has learnt reward based training methods and is able to make training fun. He can make a connection very quickly with dogs because we had a new puppy every year, as well as older dogs that came for a shorter amount of time. Peter is a kind, empathetic young man, having had to hand over “his dogs”to someone less able than himself. He has helped at many charity events, handling stock and money, also some very valuable assistance dogs, he has proven himself to be honest and trustworthy. I am sure that he will look after your pet very well.

I will walk you dogs in the local park whether that be Roath park, or the quieter park nearer to my house. Apart from walking I will try to teach the doggies some skills that I have learned over the years of training dogs for disabled people. Also there will be a lot of playing and fussing.
