Hello, I'm Pete. New to paid dog sitting but have been taking care of dogs for years. My own dog was a rescue who was very frightened of people when I first got him. For 13 years we shared a great life as he was part of the family. Sadly he passed last year. My sister has 5 dogs (lives in the country side, out of state and I can't wait to visit them every 2-3 months). When she was moving, she had one very sick dog and was going to give up her dream job to stay in Las Vegas and nurse him. Instead, I looked after him night and day for her (I got up in the middle of the night for a long time to give him his medication at correct schedule per veterinarian's instructions). Now he is happy and healthy and amazing to see running around. I look after my friends dogs when they travel. Raised in a farming community surrounded by many animals and wildlife so caring for animals comes naturally to me. I appreciate you considering me to look after your pet for you. Pete
