Information Peta H. would like to know about your pet
Before welcoming a dog into our home, we like to learn a little about their routine and personality to make sure they settle in comfortably with our family and other pets. This includes their usual feeding and walking schedule, any medical needs or allergies, how they behave around children and other animals, and whether they’re used to being left alone for short periods. We also appreciate knowing about any training they’ve had, likes and dislikes, and anything that helps them feel calm and secure, so we can give them the best possible care while they’re with us.
A typical day
A typical day in our home is calm, structured, and full of company for any dog in our care. Between myself, my wife, and our daughter, we all work full-time but on alternating shifts, which means there is always someone at home throughout the day — your dog is never left alone. Mornings usually start with a walk and breakfast, followed by plenty of companionship, playtime, and relaxed downtime while someone is around the house. Afternoons and evenings bring more walks, cuddles, and routine, with lots of attention and a settled family atmosphere. We’re used to organising our days around being present, so dogs quickly become part of our normal rhythm rather than fitting around it.

Pet care experience
Myself and my wife share over 40 years of experience with pets - pet sitting and owning dogs, walking them, feeding them and house sitting when families are away - training our pups to be obedient and behave around our daughter and young nieces
Reviews

Nancy seems to have had a lovely time, with plenty of canine and human company. Communication was good, and everything went well.

Lovely lady, good communication. Our dog came back happy 😃

Charlie goes in so happily to Peta's. He's very happy and secure there. Peta keeps us fully informed as to how he's been, and we are very grateful to have such a warm and caring household to leave him with when we're out all day.

Buffy was very happy and well looked after! Thanks for taking care of her
