I've been pet sitting for years and years - since 2007! I am a friendly, reliable, and fun person who loves to be around animals. I've never not had them in my life, and have cared for all sorts over the years. I am a professional, privately insured petsitter. From years living on a farm, where I was responsible for looking after all the birds, to my numerous stays at neighbors' houses growing up and caring for their furry friends - I have always found a way to include critters in my life! They make my heart happy! Over all, I value letting animals be animals. I provide a safe & fun environment in my home for the animals that I care for - they will get all the love! What can I say?!?! Peri is the best! She takes such good care of the pups and does so many extras like giving injections, meds, and even eye drops. She takes her time and the pups love her! Thank you for making going away less stressful!
We feel so blessed that we found Peri to care for our dogs while we're away! Her reports are detailed, and the dogs always look ecstatic in the daily photos. She's reliable and responsive. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Peri was available last minute and I can always count on her! She handles all the instructions well, including giving injections and eye drops. She takes good care of our dogs and I don’t worry about them.

At my house, I live next to a park and have tons of birds coming by for my bird feeder. I make sure kitties have a comfortable and safe place to hang out while their parents are away! I have boarded cats for my clients anywhere from a week to 4 months. At clients' houses, I try to make pets as comfortable as possible. I do what is best for the animal, always! I am flexible, reliable, and communicative. Please reach out if your pet has any special needs, as I have experience caring for those with sight & hearing disabilities, epilepsy, and diabetes. I love my clients and their animals, and I provide the top level of care for them!

I'd want to know about any kind of allergies, anything that scares him or her (i.e. thunder or similar sounds), and what to do in case of triggers or allergic reactions. Vet information, favorite treats, etc.
A typical day
My home has lots of space to run, hide, and feel cozy for the kitties who come to stay. I have tons of experience doing this, and know the routine to get cats feeling safe and comfy quickly. One family at a time, a safe room for them to initially get acclimated in, and lots of treats in the treat cupboard all help cats to adjust quickly! Typically it takes about 24 hours for most cats to adjust to the new space. My boyfriend and I are both cat lovers and have no pets of our own, so we are here to give your cat as much attention as he or she wants.

Availability
I only book one family's pets at a time for boarding - cats need their routines and I go far to make sure they are comfortable in my home. Reach out early to reserve a spot! I am currently in a masters program (in acupuncture) so my schedule is quite flexible.
