Pet care experience
I am based in Rancho Santa Margarita and have worked with a Pet sitter/Boarder and dog walking company for over 7 years in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. I can provide professional references in the field of pet care and with my prior company was licensed and bonded with a clear and clean back ground history. I love all furry babies, have worked with many different breeds and will treat your doggie(s) as if they were mine, giving them lots of love and attention! If I pet sit your dog, I give them constant care and will follow the routine your dog has when (s)he is at home with you. If your dog plays their cards right, a trip to the Lazy Dog Cafe or Petsmart can be arranged ;) I am comfortable administering medicine if your dog requires it and I just ask that I be given your pet's Vet info etc. For walking, its always on leash but I look to you to tell me your dog's walking style. Penelope stayed at our home for 4 days with our two dogs. Everything went great and the dogs seemed very happy! One of our dogs is a new rescue and very active. She stopped over to meet the dogs a second time the day before we left. Penelope returned our texts quickly and sent pictures of the pups. We felt very confident that they were in good hands.
Penelope is the best! So glad we found her. Great communication and very trustworthy. She truly cares and is real a cat lover. Our cat took to her immediately, which doesn’t always happen!
Penelope did a good job in my home with Bullet and even had the maintenance people come to fix my sink.

I can administer any oral medication and have also cared for a few rescues so I know some dogs have special needs. Just let me know before hand and I always require a meet and greet prior to a sit or dog walk.
A typical day
We will play with whatever toys they love and walk around the ‘hood or a park. On special occasions and if your dog is agreeable we can go to the dog beach or even Lazy Dog Cafe.

Availability
I work part time in Irvine, usually early mornings and am off on Sundays. I can adjust my schedule with a couple weeks notice. I like to stick to your pets routine as much as possible and when pet sitting will stay home with your pet most of the time.
