I love love dogs.. Currently I am only taking elderly small dogs at my house. My 12 year old poodle mix has become very selective in dogs she tolerates, in her old age. I will dog sit/ house sit for any other size or age. I understand. your anxiety when leaving your baby. I will send pictures and I assure you your pet is being loved and babied. Your dog will be spoiled while you are away. He/she will be inside, out of the elements. Entire yard fenced in. If your dog doesn't sleep in a crate... then he won't at my house either .. it will be just like home. I have 2 small rescue dogs; poodle mix, and they are spoiled rotten.. If your dog is spoiled rotten, then this is the place for him/her. My husband and I both love dogs. We have always had big dogs ( Rotties, Boxers) until recently. We decided to go "little" this time ,since we will be traveling some in our RV... much easier to load little ones. Your dog will be part of our family when they are here! I love senior dogs also. I also have a relaxation CD especially for dogs that I like to play when they are first there. I really think it helps their stress from being away from their parents. There is always someone home at my house. My husband and I are both retired, so there is most always someone at home. If I come to your house, your dog will stay on their regular routine, which is great for your dog!
