"Pego" will be the BEST dog sitter (actually, any pet sitter) that you could ever imagine!!! I've known her for about 45 years and remember her as always being like the "dog whisperer". Whenever we were walking home from some event as far back as junior high school, and were confronted with some barking "attack" dog, she would just talk to it and before you knew it, she was petting the dog like they were best friends. She always seemed to know if a dog was old, young, friendly, whatever, and knew just how to approach it as though they were old time friends. I always thought that she should become a veterinarian, and don't know why she didn't. Every animal I have ever seen her with (and there have been many) has displayed such incredible comfort and joy in her presence. She has always been a true natural with every animal she has ever encountered. I am not exaggerating one bit. Any pet owner would feel a tremendous sense of security in leaving their loved one in the care of Pego!
