My home consists of 2800 sq ft with tile and wood floors and carpeted living room. I have a pool that accepts dog swimmers too. I walk daily in our private neighborhood in which there are many responsible dog owners and take the dogs outside many times during the day. I also can help in training in obedience, leash walking, and enforcing simple commands as I have quite a lot of experience in dog obedience. My technique is simply praise and a small reward when necessary. I live on a cul-de-sac, so very slow, local traffic. We love dogs, however I cannot take a dog unless they are spayed or neutered. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON AN EFFECTIVE FLEA/TICK CONTROL MEDICATION! Sadly, I find I now have to ask for a $50 deposit towards dog "accidents" that happen frequently with dogs that are supposed to be fully house trained. After experiencing 3 dogs in a row that christened every carpet and rug in my house, I must ask for some help in getting carpets cleaned that otherwise would have no need. If your dog is good, no problem, full refund. But if I have to deal with scents and stains, I would have to have professional cleaning. Thank you for understanding
