My name is Pawel, I am a fitness enthusiast and a long time dog owner. My walks are not boring and include different types of challenges for your furry friend (warm-up, interval runs and cool down). You’ll benefit from having a well-exercised dog, as tired dogs tend to behave better, and you’ll help your pet avoid unnecessary weight gain! Dogs need exercise! They thrive on it. Most dogs need 30 minutes or more each day of vigorous exercise depending on their age and medical history. They will feel and look better. Putting your dog out in the back yard does not count either :) So if you are too busy to take your dog for a well deserved walk, let me take care of it :)
