Pauline was amazing! Terrific engagement with our dog, super communications, incredibly responsible - what more could you ask. We will definitely use her again!

Pauline was great! I booked her for at-home sitting for 9 nights, 10 days.. it was very hard to let another person watch my senior pup, along with the fact that I hadn't hired a sitter for over 6 years! I had to loosen the leash I guess (pun intended). My senior gal walks like your granny, snaps at food like a gator, but has the schedule of a young toddler -- very on-time routine to eating, naps, and walks. I left Pauline with some instructions on how to take care of my girl, and then I was off to another country with a 16 hour time difference! To be transparent, I had a Nest Cam to see my girl while I was traveling internationally (Pauline was aware). I couldn't check it very often because of data and such, but what I did notice was that there was consistency in my Nest notifications. And that's all you could really ask for in our pet sitters: to be consistently loving, attentive, and respectful of our pup's day-to-day activities. She was always there to feed Bailey her meals, walk her, pet her, and even comfort Bailey when she had her "senior-night wanders" in the middle of the night <3 It almost brought me tears-- SO sweet! I know the next time I will need to leave town, Pauline will be my first call. She was sweet, responsible, attentive, and will go that extra step to make sure your dog feels loved while you're gone. **Side note related to the house-sitting: She was a super clean house guest! Washed her dishes before I came home, EVEN WASHED THE SHEETS AND TOWELS!! What!!? So awesome!!
