Pet care experience
Recently retired veterinarian just relocated to Florida. Getting used to this retired life but still have the desire to share lots of love and my new found free time taking care of animal babies. We have no pets of our own to care for right now and basically, I need my fur fix!! I love working with and taking care of dogs and cats. Until recently, I have had pets (large and small) since I was old enough to remember and I miss them dearly. I am not licensed to practice medicine in Florida (currently licensed in CO and NY) but I still have all that love to give and lots of free time I would love to share with you and your pet. We had an older dog and Pauline's experience as a veterinarian helped out significantly when dealing with her health issues. On one occasion, the dog was not able to stand and walk on its own. I was home about to leave for the day and called Pauline. She was able to provide potential diagnosis for the dog and actually called ahead to the vet to discuss the problems with the dog. It allowed for a much quicker treatment and saved us a lot of money in vet bills. She is extremely caring and always goes the extra mile, even when not on duty.
