Pet care experience
I'm a soon to be veterinarian currently in my clinical year of school (graduate in a few months!). My entire life revolves around animals and there is nothing that makes me happier than being surrounded by them. I have taken care of animals since I can remember and worked as a vet assistant since high school all the way up until vet school.

Paula is amazing! We were new to Rover and a little nervous but she patiently assuaged our every concern! Our dog had just received her last treatment for heartworm and needed some extra care and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the care she provided. Our dog was even a little mischievous and Paula went above and beyond to clean- leaving our house more tidy than we left it! We will definitely ask her to sit again!!
Paula was a dependable trustworthy companion for my dog. I feel she went out of her way to make him comfortable. She also treated my home with care and respect.
It is evident that Paula is committed to the well-being of all animals in general. She understands that pet parents are seeking a very knowledgeable and kind person to provide tender loving care for their pets. Our three cats typically hide from their pet sitter, however, Paula’s gentle personality and understanding of our pets’ feline nature quickly overcame the cats’ tendency to hide. They were calm when we arrived at home, which tells us that their experience with Paula was satisfactory.

Animal health and wellbeing is my priority. I will always ensure that each pet receives the attention, food, and level of activity that they need while keeping them in a safe environment. When going on walks, all animals will be on a leash and if we play somewhere outside it will be in a fenced in area, either in your property or in another pet designated space. I am cautious of other animals in the area and make sure nobody is at risk of injury. Walks and play time will likely be early morning or later in the afternoon/night, that way there is no risk of heat stroke. I can administer medications if needed and can monitor health in older or weak patients.

Availability
I am currently on my final year of veterinary school, which means I am working at the veterinary hospital almost 7 days a week. I am available to visit, feed, and walk your pets in the mornings and evenings before and after work. On days that I have less work I can spend more time with them, taking them to the park and playing with them.
