Pet care experience
I've had pets of my own and taken care of friends and family pets for over 50 years. I absolutely love caring for all animals. I am retired, farm and currently have 2 dogs, 40 chickens and 15 hives of bees. I will take care of your furry,and/or feathery kids as well as your house as if they were my own. I have a medical background and have experience with administering meds and treatments for dogs, cats and birds. I'm an active person and would provide as much exercise as your furry friends want. I can be very flexible with plans and hours. I'd love to meet your pets and spend time getting to know them. I am also great at minding your house and any needs you might have while you are away.

Paula was perfect! This was the first time she had taken care of my cats and I never had to worry about her being there or going above and beyond. She kept in contact and sent great pictures. I would highly recommend her for any pet sitting need!
Always five stars! The latest is Paula watched my kitty for a week while I was away. My cat got visits twice a day, and Paula made sure to give her treats, keep her water full, clean the litter box, put new charged batteries in this electronic cat toy, and keep YouTube “cat TV” videos playing on the living room TV. It snowed a lot one day but that didn’t stop Paula - she made sure the twice daily visits still happened and even shoveled the walkway to the house. (And it is a long walkway!)

A typical day
I try to find engaging, active walks for high energy dogs, hiking in places that engage all their senses. I am en expert at ball play and tug ( my two girls favorite activities). Of course cuddling and inside puzzle play is always fun too! I'm willing to work on small training activities at your direction too~
