I have been a dog owner throughout most of my life (I am 44 years old and have had dogs for 30 years of my life). I have always been "that guy" whom friends and neighbors have relied on to dog sit or help them with their dogs. I have performed all dog services Rover provides for others for years. My love for dogs is one of my top 5 defining traits. Will treat as if my own. And my dogs are treated like my children.

A typical day
Unless otherwise requested by the owner, I would research the area near their home to find all the places that allow dogs to be brought including public parks, outdoor cafe's and restaurants, hiking trails etc and show my plans to the owner before using. I'd play fetch, tug of war, find-the-treat as well as brush and give back rubs. I would also talk the entire time to him/her/them to give them additional comfort.
