Important Things to Know About Us - We have a five-year-old son, so we prioritize dogs who are good with young kids. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs with resource guarding or food aggression. And we will always want to do a meet and greet at least 24 hours before a stay so your pup can meet our child. - We live in a four-story townhouse (lots of stairs). If your pup has mobility issues and can’t be carried, our home might not be ideal. - We can’t board large dogs as our HOA has a height-at-the-shoulder limit.

Information Paul & Megan M. would like to know about your pet
- Has your dog been around young children? How do they do? - Are there any behavioral issues we should know about? - Will your dog require medication or other special care during their stay? We can’t wait to meet you and your pup!
A typical day
We’ll explore the quiet, woodsy grounds here in our condo complex where there are plenty of other small to midsize dogs to say hello to if they so wish. And inside our home there will be as much playtime and snuggle time as they need!

Your pup’s dream team
Pet care experience
Hi, we’re Paul and Megan, a married couple passionate about dogs! With over 20 years of combined experience as dog owners and caretakers, we’re here to give your pup all the love and care they deserve. Since we don’t currently have a dog of our own, your pup will have our undivided attention during their stay. About Paul Dogs have been part of my life since 2008, and Megan lovingly calls me the “dog whisperer” for my knack for instantly connecting with dogs. I understand their quirks and behaviors, and I’ve yet to meet a pup I didn’t love! About Megan Before working in higher education, I spent the first part of my career in animal welfare and veterinary medicine. From animal sheltering to veterinary reception, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m trained in basic dog health, including triaging medical concerns, and I’m comfortable administering medications—oral, topical, ocular, and even injectables. Our Experience Since 2011, we’ve been dogsitting together, caring for a wide variety of pups, from tiny chihuahuas to majestic greyhounds. We’re experienced with geriatric dogs with medical needs and are comfortable handling behavioral challenges like leash reactivity/aggression and separation anxiety.
Reviews

So happy that Megan and Paul and son watched Max. He came back so calm and content. We loved the updates and photos. Thank you again for taking such good care of Max.

We continue to be very happy with Paul and Megan’s care of our senior dog, Kenobi. They go above and beyond and we are always confident he is in good hands. Communication is excellent and we always get nice updates with pictures or videos. We will continue booking with them as much as we can!

I boarded my dog Maggie at Paul & Megan's home. They were very attentive to her needs and gave timely updates during her stay. Maggie seemed to enjoy her time there and she was well taken care of. I would highly recommend them as a sitter!

Megan and Paul welcomed Sammy my 11 year old dog into their home for two nights. He felt right as home with all the love and attention he gets at home. They were very responsive sending pictures and updates and Sammy is going back for another sleepover in a few weeks! 😊
