I have always loved animals! I have owned all types of pets and worked with just as many. Animals are my passion. I have always wanted to work with animals, and now I am in the place in my life where I can. As an only child growing up in Florida, I discovered my love for all creatures by rescuing wild, injured animals and acquired many domestic dogs, cats, and horses throughout my few decades of life! I grew up with horses, primarily, finding myself training as much as riding. I have had dogs my whole life, however. I rescue dogs and adopt dogs with health or behavioral issues. I have owned more German Shepherds than any other breed. I also trained my own dogs. I later got a security job and eventually married the love of my life. Since her passing, I've rekindled my passion for animals and have the time, youth/energy, and motivation to spend quality time with a pet in need of walks, attention and/or whatever their special needs are. Although I’ll be the main caretaker, I will have my best friend over a lot. She loves animals as much as I do! I don’t ask her to chip in with any of the responsibilities, but it’s always nice to have an extra hand around the house to contribute to the love and cuddles that your pup will get. Also, my friend’s Bull Dog spike will be at my place sometimes. He is super friendly and very adorable!
