Hi there! I moved to Austin several years ago, and quickly made it home. Besides working with Rover, I also love to explore Austin and the surrounding areas with my wife and our adopted 10-year old Lab-mix, Midnight. I work Mon-Fri, but I can provide care: walks, bathroom-breaks, meals, and much-needed playtime in the early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings throughout the week and on weekends. I've previously worked and volunteered in an animal shelter, caring for all types and sizes: from small to extra-large breeds; I love all types of canine and feline. My job allows me to telework some days, and I do have a physical office located in North Austin. I live in South Austin, but feel free to reach out wherever you may live! I'm easy-going and calm around animals, and I will show your pet(s) the same amount of care and love I show my own. I've owned two dogs in my life, a male Pit Bull and a female Lab, both ex-shelter animals with previous histories of deep trauma, so I personally understand the level of comfort and trust required for any and all pets. I know how unique an animal's personality is and I make sure that I present myself as a friendly human that I am to your pet! I have a full-time job, though so far, I am able to telework. However, I may not be able to provide more than 2 visits during the day (morning, noon, afternoon, night visits add up). I can provide early morning and evening visits. If I am staying over at your home, then of course, more frequent interactions are possible. I never bring Rover clients to my residence. Likewise, I never bring my own dog to a client's home. I also prefer to keep client's pets separate from non-client animals to limit the risk of any negative interactions occurring between animals.
