Paul was great! From our meet & greet, he made our dog feel comfortable and put us at ease. It is obvious he has a love for dogs and knows how to work with them. He often kept us updated with pictures. His house was clean and comfortable for our dog with a great fenced in backyard. At one point our dog became aggresive towards his dog and he was very professional, we talked to the phone and worked out the situation. Friendly, patient. He is a great sitter. Halftime is a bit of a skittish dog but Paul made him comfortable and took him a nice walk. All in all it was a good day for halftime. We will be using Paul again.
