Welcome! We are an active family of 5 who are dog lovers (really all-animal-lovers 😉). We strive to provide your 4 legged family member with an at-home atmosphere (beds & couches are not off-limits unless you say ;) ). We have a large back yard (city standards ;) ) with ample room to run and play. Our backyard is fully secured with a 6 foot fence to keep your pet safe. As a work-from-home-dad and very part-time-working/volunteering mom, there is almost always someone home, which means lots of love and attention for your pup. Our animal-loving children have experience with and are respectful toward animals of all kind. In addition to our human family, we have two young Shih Tzus - both are friendly, vaccinated and have welcomed many dogs ❤️ Lastly, we are just a few minutes off the freeway on your way to the airport for extra connivence! We appreciate you considering us as care for your beloved family member 🐾 and look forward to meeting you soon! ———————- A few things! - We take potty-trained puppies - ALL male dogs must be neutered *exceptions may be considered for puppies* - Our preference is dogs under 20lbs as we have a 5lbs pup and want to protect her and our visiting small dogs. We do have some dogs larger than 20lbs that we have built relationships with over the years that we do allow, but no new large dog clients. - Potty trained dogs only please. If you have a male dog who marks, please send male-dog diapers to protect our home from urine. - Only send along dog toys that can risk getting lost/destroyed. Although the majority make it home in one piece, there are times when things go missing or get chewed up - Although we supervise outdoor time, please advise us if your pup is a digger or runner so we can use extra caution. There is nearly always someone home with Paul working from home and Cheri working/volunteering very part-time outside of the home. Pets are seldom alone, but if they briefly are, they will get a potty break and treat before we leave :) We have a completely 6ft fenced backyard to keep your pup safe and secure outdoors. Within the house we feed all pups separately in the event one is food possessive. Dogs are kept separated (unless they come as a pair/trio) in the event we need to run out for an errand, but since we are nearly always home, they get the opportunity to socialize and play together the majority of the time. Please no dogs with a history or aggression towards humans or other animals. Please also advise us if your dog is a runner or digger so we can use extra precaution when they are outdoors.
