Owned several different breeds of dogs all my life. I have volunteered at Humane Society and rescue groups. In addition I have fostered rescue dogs. I love dogs of all ages and they seem to immediately be at ease with me. I live in a large home with fenced yard. My two Maltese welcome visitors. I have worked with rescue groups involved with picking up and transporting dogs that have been in abusive situations. I have also been involved interviewing and screening potential pet owners for the humane society. In my many years of owning and fostering dogs, I have successfully bonded with dogs of many breeds and personalities. In my experience with dogs, I have become very aware that dogs have different personalities and I strive to adjust to that personality.
