Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life. I get along with them and they get a long with me! I am a certified, trained volunteer at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley. I've completed the Dog Socialization Training and the CIA (Compassion in Action). I would be happy to come to your place and do whatever you and your doggie need. I can pet your dog, play around with him/her, let them out to go potty, brush and feed your dog (or your cat.) I will look after them until you get home! I can also reinforce your training if you want me to run through something specific with them. I can do special diets and administer pills. I know what it's like to need a reliable, kind, enthusiastic person to take care of your dog (or cat) while you're away. My dear sweet Rocky recently passed away, so I am looking forward to getting some new doggie time!

I'd like to know exactly what you'd like me to do in an emergency. I'd like to know where your cleaning supplies are and how you'd like me to handle an "accident" on the carpet. My last two dogs were an Australian Shepard and a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. One who likes to herd and run in circles and one who would fetch almost anything! I like most all dogs, except the really mean, growling ones.
A typical day
Do you they tug or fetch or just love running around? I will play with them at your place. I can wear them out if you'd like with fun games, chasing water in the summer, and playtime with their toys. Until I really get to know your pet, I'd rather just walk them on your property rather than on the street. We can walk as much as you'd like us to!
