We have used Rover to board Max and Magoo for several years with dozens of sitters and scores of overnights. All of our experiences have been exceptional...until this one. Patti was critical and rude from the moment we dropped the boys off, and continued that behavior via multiple texts complaining how "ill mannered" they were. Her final text asked us to "pick them up asap!" She truly ruined our short getaway, and she is definitely in the wrong business.

Patti was not helpful with our dogs. The whole time they were there she kept one of our dogs on a leash and she’s a small Pomeranian mix dog that’s used to being on our lap. She also made inappropriate suggestions as to how we can take care of our dogs. She also made derogatory remarks about our dogs saying they were “high maintenance.” She took care of 2 small lap dogs for us that require attention and of that she said “they very bonded to you” and that that’s why they were “high maintenance.” Our dogs were also starving when we brought them home which leaves us wondering about how often they were fed. We will never take our dogs back to her.
