I'm now retired and looking for a useful way to spend my time. My wife Alice and I have taken care of dogs (cat, chicken and pigs, too) all over the world as part of international web-based house-sitting program. Have a background check and many very good reviews from dog owners in Portugal, Australia, Scotland and the USA. Love dogs and enjoy working with them in a positive and creative manner. Experience with a variety of breeds including Labrador Retrievers , Cocker Spaniels, Collies, Miniature Collies, Herding breeds, and many other varieties. I really enjoy this kind of activity.

I would highly recommend Patrick as a dog sitter for a number of reasons. I have known Patrick for nearly my whole life, so I'm confident in my knowledge: 1) He is highly responsible and organized, so he can be trusted to carryout any particular needs your pet may have; 2) He is caring and sympathetic, so he will respond to your pet's desires, within reason; and 3) He is a big walker/hiker, so your pet will get plenty of exercise. Overall, Patrick has a low-key, open, and friendly personality, and he easily gets along with people and pets alike. I would not hesitate at all to entrust my pet to Patrick.
