Dory has visited Patrick a few times and we will continue sending her there. He is consistently getting her outdoors and showing her tons of affection while we are out of town. Highly recommend!!

Patrick was great! He took care of our sweet girl while we were on vacation for a week and he sent pictures and videos everyday. He went above and beyond for us and was flexible with our schedule! His dog is well trained and they seemed to have a blast playing together.

Patrick was an amazing dog sitter. We've used his service a couple times now, and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, sends lots of pictures and videos of the dogs, and spends quality time with them outside. When Dory comes home from a weekend with Patrick, she is so tired from all the playtime. Definitely recommend!!

Still trying to make Fetch happen

Update: I've been away for a while to focus on other things. Just an update to everyone whose booked with me before:

I Just moved into my own place in lakeveiw. I can only take 1 dog at a time now and Gunnar doesn't stay with me full time anymore, but I'll have him occasionally.

Being this close to the lake makes going for walks and staying active really easy. There's plenty of space to ...

What Patrick would like to know about your dog

I love all types of dogs! but if you twisted my arm and forced me to pick a preference I'd say I will always have a soft spot in heart for large breed working dogs (GSD, Collies, Retrievers, Huskies, etc..)

Things I would like to know about your dog:

-What is your dogs regular daily routine/ schedule like?
-Does your dog get along well with most other dogs?
-Does your dog have any aggressive or defensive tendencies? I'm perfectly comfortable caring for a dog that has a little bite behind his bark but please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure I don't have any other dogs staying with me at the time for safety concerns
-Do you crate your dog?
-Is your dog potty trained?
-Any special requests/or needs you or your dog might have, please don't hesitate to let me know.

When Patrick watches your pet

My pups favorite game is "stair ball" he loves to sit at the top of the stairs drop the ball down to me and wait for me to throw it back up. He loves playing fetch inside and outside and we just love keeping him stimulated and engaged. I would obviously love to do the same with your dog! We also have a treat puzzle game where the dog has to move pieces around a board to unlock treats! I think it's really important to provide your dogs with mental and physical stimulation as well as cuddles and love!! If you are comfortable with your dog socializing at fenced in dog park let me know! I love taking Gunnar to dog parks! We also love to play hide and seek, I'll let the dog get my scent while someone holds them in place (or "stay" if well trained) and I go hide in another room and let my partner yell out "Find him". Similarly, we like to play this game with a tennis ball and have the dog sniff it out! (A treat works too, Gunnar just goes crazy for his ball so I use that)

If your dog is particularly anxious or nervous when away from you I like to exercise them silly so they don't have time to be anxious, I can go for a run with them, take them to a dog park (with your permission) or throw the ball for them down my hallway all day if they enjoy fetch. Getting a good amount of exercise does wonders for putting an anxious do at ease in my experience.

If your dog is more laid back or maybe just getting a bit long in the tooth and likes to lounge around more than chasing his tail that's cool with me too. Just let me know if your dog prefers to relax and lounge and I'll run our dog Gunnar so that he's too tuckered out to pester us and ruin our chill-out vibes.

Does your dog have a favorite toy or game? Just let me know and I'll be happy to play!
