I absolutely love dogs, I rescued a Labrador/pitbull puppy 7 years ago (that was my first experience caring for a dog). Sadly, he passed away a few years ago and I have been pet sitting for friends and family ever since. I also volunteered with Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand and provided care, exercise, and socialization to rescued stray dogs/cats (most of them were rescued from very harsh environments including the dog meat trade). These dogs were a little timid interacting with a human at first, but eventually gained trust and loved going on long walks or lake trips with me. At Soi Dog I worked with puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs and dogs of varying abilities including blindness and limb loss. I’m a very physically active person and would love to take your dog on a jog or long walk if he/she is up for it :)
