Small Dog Heaven!! ! 🐶

Pet care experience

Dogs bring so much fun and adventure and unconditional love to a home! I couldn't imagine not having a dog! So being a pet sitter is just a natural extension of my love for pets. At age 6, I got my first dog. It was love at first sight for both of us!!! I kept asking my parents if I could keep her and nobody would give me an answer... so I finally made the decision on my own and we had 16 amazing years together. I learned about dog training at the age of 10, when I starred in Annie in 1979. Dan the dog played Sandy and we had a blast touring together. I have always had a great love and respect for their intelligence and capacity to love unconditionally. My dog friendly home has a large fenced in back yard for them to run around, or if they are like my little one, they will hang out in the family room and watch dog shows all day! This is my full time job, which includes sometimes leaving the house to take care of pets at their home. When I am not home, most of the dogs are left in the family room to hang out, unless I feel like there might be an issue with a dog, then I do have some crates for them… but it’s very rare they don’t get along. I have a fenced yard, and a fence at the front porch in case someone tries to make a break for it! LOL There are also baby gates in the house to separate dogs if we need to.

Patricia keep CiCi, my dog, for over 1 week and they did great together. This was the first time I ever had CiCi kept by someone other than family and CiCi had fun and had no problems. I highly recommend Patricia and will use her again when needed.

Patricia is amazing! I was new to the area and was looking for a boarding facility, when I went on Rover and read Patricia’s bio. Her reviews were positive and it was reassuring to me after I met her, how much she loved dogs. I was gone for over a week and Patricia continually sent me photos of my pup and the friends that he made. I have since rebooked with her. She is a lovely lady.

I take the utmost care at your home or mine to ensure their safety! It’s why I request vaccination records. It’s important for owners to know that I do take more then one dog at a time, and any time you are in a boarding situation, or bring your dog to a dog park, there is a risk of kennel cough or canine flu. If you know your dog might have been exposed, please let me know! The early signs are aggressive sneezing and vomiting. If you have any questions or concerns, let’s talk!!

Information Patricia P. would like to know about your pet

I don't think I've ever met a dog I didn't like, so I feel like the meet and greet is more for the parents sake than mine! But as a fur mom, I totally understand wanting to meet beforehand to feel comfortable. I don't have any breed preferences, but I am requesting smaller dogs so that I still have room to sleep in my bed at night! Things I would want to know: * What are their signals for going out * Marking issues (I have belly bands if needed) * Any history of food aggression * Any medications or special dietary issues * Any separation or generalized anxiety * Current shot records

A typical day

My schedule is really flexible! This is my full-time job. Drop Off/Pick Up Times: Monday - Friday: 8-8pm Saturday: 8am-8pm Sunday: 1pm-8pm Please Note: All drop-offs and pick ups are by Appointment Only! Also, there will no longer be drop/pick ups on major holidays (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas) so we can enjoy the day! We will continue to have drop in visits (at your home) for all major holidays. Please note there are additional charges for holidays. Please book accordingly and Thank you for your understanding! I go out most afternoons to walk some dogs but when I'm home, there is a good chance we will be hanging out watching dog movies :D. For more active dogs, we will be hanging out in the fenced back yard, running and playing! It really all depends on the dog and what they like to do! Harlinsdale Farm, near my house, has a great dog park. But honestly with all the friends we have, we have our own dog park in my backyard! Your dog will get plenty of exercise! If I'm just walking the dog for you, then where we go will probably depend on where you live. Where does your dog usually go for their walk? Dogs often prefer their usual routine
