This is my first time using Rover. What a great experience & so thankful to have found our pups' next sitter. We have 2 Labradoodles. The younger, Cooper, loves to cuddle & the older, Coco, does not. From the moment Patti walked in the door, our standoff girl, Coco, could not get enough of her. That rarely happens & immediately put me at ease! Patti not only had a thorough interview process for me but she also spent a lot of time with our dogs on the pre-visit. By the time she left (45 minutes later), they were following her to the door trying to get some last minute attention. Patti just watched our pups for the day & she sent pictures and text messages of our happy pups. She even took the time to clean up a broken planter that was blown over by the wind. We left feeling comfortable with Patti & came home to very happy pups who were able to stay home than go to a kennel. It's also great knowing that Patti has over 10+ years experience with dogs. Since our dogs are getting close to 10 yrs old, we want someone experienced who can care for them as they age. We found that in Patti. Thank you Rover!!!
