Patty is absolutely my go to cat sitter! She takes excellent care of my kitty when I’m away and is very communicative and is quick to respond if I have any questions.

Patricia agreed to take care of my cat while I was away for Christmas. The first day she was supposed to come by, she didn’t send any pictures but assured me everything went well and not to worry, and that she would send me pictures the next day. There was no communication at all the next day, and on the third day, she ignored several messages, calls and a voicemail. I rushed back home as this felt suspicious. I quickly realized that she didn’t come inside at all. There was no litter scooped into the wastebasket, no wet food plates used, no packets of wet food in the trash, dry food was at the level of the container from when I left. If she had any issues getting inside or being able to do the work, she could have been honest with me and I/we could have worked around it. Instead she chose to LIE to me, and then ghost. I am livid. This was irresponsible and cruel. Think twice before booking with Patricia.
