I'm sorry, this was not a positive experience with Patricia. Since the beginning something was off. My dog got bit during the stay. I'm not sure if she was bit by a cat or a dog. She told me Snoopy was pestering the cat, so she got bit on the nose. She sent me a picture where it was clear that it was a puncture wound. Snoopy still had couple days of stay, so I didn't say anything. She promised me it was just a scratch. Come to find out, it was a puncture wound, not only on her nose, but also on her ear. SHE DIDN'T EVEN MENTION THIS!! The bite was on one side of the ear to another, basically a hole. I texted her, she said she gave snoopy a bath and didn't even notice.Her ear was swollen red. I didn't say anything further. She hid another bite from me and in the end just told me that I was overreacting. The exact words came out of her mouth. Snoopy is 3 and she has gone to many many pet sitters. Getting bit is one thing, but hiding another bite and not letting the parent know the seriousness of it is another.

Patricia was excellent and sweet to my Yoshi. I was always receiving updates and pictures. I highly recommend her. Will definitely rebook in the future.
