Dogs are a girls best friend! :)

Pet care experience

My love for dogs began at a young age. I grew up in a home surrounded by dogs. Because of this, I was fortunate enough to develop my ability to understand, engage with, and love the companionship and joy a dog brings into you life. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the rewarding opportunity to raise and nurture my dogs. Because of my experience with dogs at home, beginning a career as a dog walker and caretaker was a seamless and easy transition. I've been been working with people and their furry companions for over 10 years now. I've cared for small dogs, large dogs, up to five dogs at a time, and even dogs with health complications such as diabetes. I'm able to administer insulin shots, manage daily doses of medication, and aid in other health-related necessities. I've lived in-home as a caretaker, paid up to as many as 8 visits a day when necessary, done multiple vet visits, among a laundry list of other tasks. I also have experience caring for cats, small mammals, and exotics that may also live in your home. I really love my work, and am confident in the caliber of care I provide. Being a positive presence and offering love, support, and companionship to your dog is of the utmost importance to me. I don't just walk and feed the dogs I care for. I know how important exercise and playtime are for dogs, so I ensure that all of my clients' dogs are given the attention and love they deserve. I understand the influence a caretaker has upon your dog, and it's a responsibility I don't take lightly. I have my own transportation, a doggie seat-belt, and clean driving record. I am a reliable, responsible young adult and ready to offer my assistance in caring for your dog. I recently graduated from Penn State University with a concentration in the field of health-care. My knowledge of healthcare, past experience, and nurturing personality are a great combination and are what have paved the way to make me the great dog caretaker I am today. I have a very flexible schedule and I will exceed your expectations as a dog sitter!

Patricia did an excellent job caring for our Greyhounds. We didn't have to worry about them while we were away for the day. Tim Bell

Patricia took great care of our dog. We felt totally safe in her hands, and she was a great communicator. We would absolutely work with her again.

Our dog was a challenge because he is 16 years old and fragile. Trisha met and exceeded the challenge. She was able to get him to take his medicine and keep him happy while we were on a Cruise. She checked in with us and made us feel relieved that our dog was well cared for. He was happy to see us when we returned, but will also probably also miss Trisha. Thank you!
