Pet care experience
Growing up with dogs, I developed a deep respect for animals, especially those that complete family units. Moving out to California was hard because my current living situation does not allow for pets. Turning to Rover is both a way to make a little cash as a PhD student, but more importantly is a chance to walk, play, brush, feed, care for, and fill with love your pets while you are occupied with work and other obligations. I do overnight care, can transport pets in my car, basic needs such as feedings and walking. I have no problem with cats or also feeding fish, hamsters, or any other pets you have while doing a drop in session. My semester end first week of May and will have a completely available schedule to attend to these services and could do longer stays, such as in the case of a family summer vacation. Hoping this might be a good fit and looking forward to meeting you and your pets!
Reviews
Patricia is the absolute best!
Patricia was great! I have a senior dog who takes daily medication, and walks slows and she is very patient with him. She was consistent on the walks, and the updates, had great communication. My dog seems to be happy and looking for her after she left. I definitely recommend Patricia!
Patricia thanks again for the meet and greet!
Patricia is the best! She stayed at my house to watch my dog and was communicative, conscientious, and left the place in great condition.

Safety, trust & environment
As someone who grew up with dogs and has dogs in her life, I know how special they are to families. I will treat your pets with as much respect as anyone else. That means respecting their needs, things, and the home they live in. I ask many questions to make sure that they feel as comfortable with me and I do taking care of them! Please don’t hesitate to let me know anything - no details is too small! Meet and greets I think are crucial. I am very happy to do those and also appreciate being compensated for my time re meeting prior to booking a service. Thank you for understanding!
Information Patricia G. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know any thing that might scare or make your dog feel unsafe. This is important because just like us things can make uncomfortable. Any other special quirks about your pup are important for me to know!
A typical day
I love affirming dogs with lots of verbal love. Hearing about what kinds of games they love and toys they enjoy for me to keep them happy!
