I really did not like the way how she messaged me for my pup peeing in her house once. She was rude and her floors are getting damaged because of his peeing if you are concerned about your floors, you should not be in this business. When dogs visits new places, they get excited and might pee. I had to return back early and pick him up from her house(to save her precious floors) since she was complaining about him.I was with rover from the past 3 years. No one ever(other sitters) complained about my baby peeing so far. I would not recommend her for dog boarding.

Patrice, was prompt with communication, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond in taking care of our fur baby. We will absolutely use her again!
