I have been raising golden retrievers for 20+ years. I have trained dogs for 15. Friends always rely on me to watch their pets and I’m usually watching pets every weekend! I’m comfortable with basic dog grooming and care. I’m great with medically needy pets as long as you leave detailed notes or have me over before you go to show me! I’m excellent with puppies and basic training but I do ask that they be crate and potty trained before I take them into my home. If they are not, still reach out, I might be able to take that on depending on my schedule. I WFH and have reliable transportation. I can be flexible with your schedule and needs! I usually wake up early and get the day started with a walk or run. My dog usually comes with but she’s happy to stay back, up to you! I try to involve my golden in everything I do, which is attempt to do with your pet as well! I value safety above all else. In my home we use a Furbo to watch the pets, and have ways to crate or separate pets too. I have a list of references I can provide. I am comfortable with common pet Illness and injuries and if needed, would go the extra mile for your pet. I’m your home I’d request you leave a little note of usual routine and needs to make sure everything is done exactly how you would do it!
