"Give your pets a Pat!"

Pet care experience

***UPDATED 2/11/17*** [My Pledge: [3%] of profits to Center for Lost Pets ] Woof woof bow wow bow bow arf woo-- Oh excuse me, that's my dog-speak! *Ahem* :) Hello, my name is Pat. I'm student looking to earn some extra income while spending time with animals I love being around. I have a small brown Basenji/Pug/Chihuahua mix and his name is Zeke! ( I call his breed a "Pug-sen-chi"!) He is just about 4 years old now and he is my favorite! I hope to take care of other pets with the same passion as I do Zeke. I've taken care of my previous dog all my youth he was a small brown Doberman Miniature Pinscher//Golden Retriever Chow named Dawg. I also currently have a small brown Pug/Chihuahua/Basenji named Zeke. I've taken care of my sister's 4 house cats, 7 ferrets, and 2 dogs. I've watched my neighborhood's family pets including 2 cats, a rabbit, hamsters/guinea pig, a lizard, several tanks of fish, and 3 other dogs. (So if you have extra pets we can work something out, no problem!) I've also provided a plant-watering service and any other house-hold mild chores for clients for no extra charge, just ask! I've been a dog lover my entire life. With having my first dog at a young age and now having a dog of my own ( not just one my family owned ) I really appreciate them even more. The bond that forms between pets and humans is a special one and I try to maintain that progress in a way that reflects the owners' intentions, even while they're away. I also create some music occasionally if you are curious: www. soundcloud .com / aphoenixcantdie

Pat accepted my last minute sitting request and took great care of my 4 legged baby. He also sent daily messages, pictures and videos of my dog while I was way. Pat was a fantastic dog sitter and I will be using him again in the future!!!! Highly recommended and trustworthy!!!

Pat was one of the most trustworthy and dependable employees I have ever had work for me in my career. He cares deeply about things being done correctly and not short cutting anything in both business and life. I would entrust him with anything and feel confident it would be done above and beyond my satisfaction.

Information Pat K. would like to know about your pet

If your dog is a senior dog or has medical needs I also prefer to know so that I don't put them in a situation they are uncomfortable. For any job I like to have a meet and greet, even if it is brief. This helps me evaluate if I'm the perfect fit for the situation. This is also a good time to go over medical needs, feeding routine, home security, house rules, special mentions and/or other minor household chores to be considered.

A typical day

My visits typically include: A walk and visit with some companion time for play and romping. This can vary depending on the requests of the owner. These are usually half hour or so check-ins to maintain food, water, potty-breaks, litter, games, toys, and some belly rubs. I LOVE going over commands and tricks with pets so please let me know if you'd like me to engage in any with them. If they aren't accustomed to any, I'd be glad try some of the basics. Please feel free to bring up anything I could do to make it more convenient for you and your pet.
