My name is Parker and I’ve worked in animal shelters for nearly 4 years! Currently, I am a social media manager for a shelter. I’ve had dogs my whole life and now have one pup of my own named Gavin, a 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. We live in the Lower East Side of Milwaukee. I’m familiar with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and am Fear Free Shelters certified. I’ll always treat your pets they way I’d want mine to be treated and promise to take excellent photos when we’re together! I love getting to know new animals and allow them to approach me at their own pace. Your pet’s comfort will always be my top priority. When staying in my home, dogs will be able to play with my dog-friendly pup, Gavin. Gavin is 3 years old and excellent with all sorts of dogs. My home is near the riverwalk, Oak Leaf Trail, and more. When caring for your pet in your home or on a walk, I’ll stick to any pertinent instructions you provide and ensure food and water is fresh and available. Your pets will receive as much affection as they’d like!

Please let me know about any special needs, physical or behavioral, prior to a service. I’m happy to discuss a care plan that works for you and your pet. For boarding, I require all new clients to complete and meet and greet with my dog prior to booking. All pets must be current on age-appropriate vaccines by the time of service. I may ask for proof of vaccination. I reserve the right to refuse a service if I feel that I can not adequately care for your pet’s needs or feel that safety is a concern while working with your pet.
A typical day
I love coming up with fun enrichment activities for dogs to enjoy, including Kongs, puzzle feeders, and other food games. My dog and I have been enjoying getting to know Milwaukee’s parks and trails. We frequently walk to Veteran’s Park, where Gavin enjoys the smells of the lake.
