About me: I live on the Upper West Side with Jackson, my adorable chihuahua mix! My apartment is a one-bedroom in a dog-friendly building. I'm super close to Riverside Park and Jackson and I make it a priority to visit the park on an almost daily basis (he loves exploring off-leash before work). I work full time, but have great hours (about 9-5:30/6ish) and my office is a quick train ride away. Your dog will always have a morning, evening and pre-bedtime walk.

Ali was great. She and her pup were great hosts. I could tell that our dog was so happy and content when we picked him up! Hoping she can watch him again on another upcoming trip!

About guests: Jackson loves to have pup friends to hang out with. While I can't commit to a second dog of my own full-time right now, I'd love to host yours! Due to the size of my apartment and Jackson's big personality, I can only host small dogs under 20 pounds. I also request that they be potty-trained, and use the bathroom outdoors, no wee-wee pads accepted. Lastly, I require a meet-n-greet to ensure that your dog will be comfortable here with Jackson and me!

About Jackson: I grew up with a dog and always wanted one of my own when I moved away from home. I met Jackson in June 2012 at dog adoption event in the women's clothing department of Lord & Taylor (only in NY, right?). He curled up in my arms and we've been together ever since! Jackson is a 5-year-old 15-pound chihuahua mix and has the biggest personality you'll ever find in a little dog. He loves going on adventures to explore things and could spend hours sniffing around in the park. While he definitely has a playful, energetic side, he mostly LOVES cuddling, whether he's curling up next to me on the couch or asleep in the crook of my knees underneath the covers at night.
