** I took a break from Rover while having a baby, now I'm back! Toddler-friendly dog booking requests only please! Our daughter Lillian is 14 months old! *** My husband and I are both of us are big dog lovers. We love going on long walks and runs, and are generally very active people. I have been dog-sitting through Rover as well as dog-fostering through a volunteer rescue organization for 12 years now. We live in a 4-story house in Navy Yard that is an extremely dog-friendly neighborhood. We have a front/side yard, a roofdeck on the top floor, and there are three dog parks within walking distance. I have dog-sat for pretty much every single breed of dog. Your dog will have free roam of our house except for our bedroom. The only Rover dogs that have had challenges with us are if your dog is used to sleeping IN your bed with you at night (which we don't allow) - please let us know if that is the case, and if yes, we probably aren't the best fit household.
