Hi my name is Pamela and I have the best job ever! I get to work for you . While you are gone on a trip or for the day, I get to spend time with your dog and maybe your cats. Since I love animals, this is the best job ever. In the past, I have worked at several local Animal Hospitals for over 7 years as a Kennel Manager. I loved the job. I have worked with groomers and at Petsmart in Charlotte NC. Both jobs were challenging but very rewarding. Since a teenager I have owned a Chihuahua, 2 Rottweilers, Giant Poodle, Cocker Spaniels, Lab Mixes, Pit Bull Mix, 2 Irish Wolfhounds and two Boxers, regular cats, a Bengal Cat, a bunny , a ferret, two birds and a Python.. So I am flexibile with what I can care for. I am very patient and I understand that some dogs need a little extra time to trust new people I do not discriminate against any breed of dog and I will be there on your schedule. I dog sit for my neighbors 5 dogs and they range from tiny to extra large and from 2 to 12 years old. I am easy going and very patient with animals. Since I know how hard it is to leave my own pets you can be sure that I will take care of yours as I would my own. I have two dogs at this time. A male 185lb Irish Wolfhound and a male French Mastiff who is 2 . At 16 years and 8 months we have the head of the four legs, our Bengal Cat M.I.A. I am available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. My phone is always on to take your request. I promise that your pets will be well taken care of, loved and treated well. Rover.com is my only job, so I am available anytime you need. Remember to book early for holidays and summer vacations to secure my services. When caring for pets in your home please leave full instructions on feeding and medications. Make sure to leave a emergency contact and Vetenarian numbers. A fenced yard is a must!

Love Pamela. I did not know it until she came to my house but she took care of my Rottweiler a year ago. We fondly referred to him as a grumpy old man. Sadly he passed, but now I have a new baby and Pamela was great with her. She is a rescue and seldom lets anybody touch her for the first 15 or 20 minutes, but had no problem letting Pamela pet her and love on her right away. Even gave her kisses. I highly recommend her without reservation.
We have had Pamela house sit and watch our dogs twice now, and don’t want to use anyone else! She is enthusiastic about playing with our dogs, and gives us constant updates about how they are doing while we are gone. She is the best!
This was our first time using Pamela so naturally we went in to it with our fingers crossed. She stayed with our pups for 6 days and we didn't need any crossed fingers - she's very excellent! She clearly loved and enjoyed them, she kept us informed (with pictures) daily on how and what they were doing. She took care of the house (bringing in mail, watering plants, etc.) She was willing to do whatever was needed to ensure that we didn't need to worry about our fur babies or the house. I recommend her without hesitation.
Pamela stayed with our two dogs over the 4th of July weekend. She was so great! She sent pictures daily and kept us up to date on how things were going. She even bought a chew toy for our puppy to play with. I cannot recommend her enough! Anyone who chooses her to take care of their dogs will not regret it.
