PAMI THE DOG NANNY

Pet care experience

Hi! I moved to Tulsa in February of 2020 and started with Rover the end of 2020. I had just lost my 12yr old Schnauzer Jaxee that year to cancer. It first took my Jaxee’s leg and 2 months later it took Jaxee’s life. After losing Jaxee I needed time before giving my heart to a new furry lovey. I started volunteering at a dog rescue (still do) but what I really wanted was time to give quality care to each dog. That was when I became a dog nanny. I give nothing less than the best to my client’s fur babies (baby). I invest my entirety into ensuring the emotional and physical needs of your fur babies (baby) are exceedingly met. It is my job to keep up with the latest research on dog foods, treats, toys, medications, behaviors, training and more. However, there is no formula for love as that is innate and I was born with an abundance for animals. My heart however goes to the dogs. As your dog(s) nanny I’m with them full-time. If I need to leave for an errand or appt during the day you will be notified ahead of time. This way you will know when your fur babies(baby) are alone. I love when furbabies sleep on the bed with me. I have mastered the art sleeping sandwiched between dogs or dogs nestling under the blankets. And of course, nothing compares to the lullaby of dogs snoring. I know as pet parent(s) you want the very best for your fur babies/ baby. I am that person. Your babies will be loved and protected. Every detail of their schedule and needs will be carefully followed. You will receive constant videos, photos and updates during your time away. I have spent 20 years with my own fur babies. Since 2008 I’ve volunteered in shelters, fostered dogs and rescued dogs. Through Facebook I connect shelter dogs from all over the country with rescue groups and adopters. It’s a very heart wrenching job but a desperately needed one. I’m an open book so ask any questions you may have. Thank you for taking time to get to know Pami the Dog Nanny.

Pam was awesome. She was on time and engaged with my Jaxx the whole time she was with him. Sent pictures and videos and gave me updates on him. Since this was my first time having someone pet sit my Jaxx, I was worried about it but Pam put my mind to ease with all the updates and pictures. She went above and beyond with him and I was very pleased. Also had the meet and greet prior to the pet/house sitting. That went well too. It was as if we had known her for awhile. Jaxx loved being with her as well. Not only did Pam pet sit, Jaxx, she also helped me water my plants and bring my mail in as well as wash the sheets before she left. Like I said, she went above and beyond. She will be my go to person from now on.

Where do I even begin. We hired Pam for a 9 day trip to Spain. This was our first time ever leaving our two pups for a long vacation. Needless to say we were nervous. We had Pam come to meet the dogs and get to know them a couple weeks before leading up to our vacation. They loved her right away. Pam was so attentive with our pups. When we were gone on the trip Pam updated us all the time on how the dogs were doing with photos and videos. I loved this because it was my first time away from them. She went above and beyond taking care of anything that popped up with the dogs. She cared for them like they were her own. I can’t say enough good things about Pam. She is a wonderful person and has a gift for taking care of dogs. She is definitely a keeper for our pups and will be their dog nanny from now on.

I can’t express how grateful we are to have found Pam. She cared for our special needs senior dog and our high energy Dalmatian with love and care. We were given constant updates and amazing pictures of our babies. She has great patience and knowledge to care for pets. She stayed with our dogs the entire time and it was very comforting to us knowing that they were well taken care of. We came home to happy dogs! Thank you Pam.

Pamela contacted us the day before she was to meet & greet to confirm our appointment. We appreciated that. She showed up at the agreed upon time. And from the first step in the door, she was personable, and our dogs liked her immediately. She spent time with the dogs and us making sure she understood our needs. We booked her for our requested days, and looking forward to her visit with the dogs. We really enjoyed meeting her and I think we will be seeing her as much as possible to stay with our dogs.
