I felt so comfortable at the meet and greet with Pamela. My cat was immediately comfortable with her so I had no reservations entrusting her with his care. The photos from the daily visits were great. I could tell he had been well taken care of when I returned, and I would definitely want Pamela to take care of him again when needed.

Pamela was great. We met conveniently to drop off Marlo and she had a lovely, gentle stay. Pamela gave Marlo her eyedrops twice a day and followed her feeding instructions. Marlo really seemed to enjoy it. With a 13yo dog you are concerned that families may not understand the needs of older dogs. They may not want to move enough, or they may feel good and overdo themselves. Marlo seemed to be 100% happy and healthy after her stay. We enjoyed working with the family and will use them again for boarding needs!
