Pet care experience
I started out my dog experience as a volunteer at the local humane society, and then through college I pet sitter for close friends. So my experience with my own dogs and cats adds up to a total of over 30 years. I had the opportunity to be part of a transport team to shuttle a dog to their forever home. I had the great pleasure to be part of the Intermountain Therapy Team with my sweet Turbo. I have had to care for several senior dogs and a few cats. I work from home so I take time to check on my neighbors dogs when they need.

We can't recommend Pam enough! She took great care of our dogs. She treats them like they are her own. She sent us pictures and daily updates so we knew they were being well cared for. We will definitely have Pam take care of our dogs again in the future!
Our dogs loved Pamela and she took them on long walks! I felt great knowing they were in good hands while we were away!

I currently volunteer to walk my neighbors dog as I work from home and my job allows me to be more flexible. I have a M-F job and have weekends off. I am able to take my dog out several times a day and off to the dog park.

A typical day
I love to stimulate every dog physically and mentally finding activities that they enjoy and exploring in their neighborhood. If there is a park in the area that is a perfect place to go to have exciting adventures and just play.

Availability
I work full-time currently but will be retiring in a year and am looking forward to being part of Rover 5 days a week. I would like to start now and become part of this great team as a pet walker. I have flexible work schedule and am off on the weekends which provides me the time to walk my dog several times a day. I volunteer my time to take my neighbors dog out as she works long hours and cannot return home to let her dog out.
