My husband and I have had at least one dog since 1986. We do rescue, and presently all.our pets are rescues. We turn no one away, with perhaps one notable exception. My life is centered around caring for my best friends. One of my close friends is a veterinarian; I am a nurse. Being a pet mom myself, I understand how much you worry about them when you're away, and I would take the same care with your pets as I do my own.
