A DOG'S PURPOSE: To be loved, coddled, cuddled and adored. That's the way it is at our house...a Staycation for your pooch! I have been adopting dogs for 30+ years. Lance is #10 and the sweetest boy ever -- very chill and not a bit competitive with toys or food. When your dog stays with us they become "family" enjoying all the privileges of the house (includes sleeping on the bed). Our patio is completely escape free and comes furnished with fluffy, clean blankets to lounge on. Lots of grass right outside the gate for short walks and we do long ones about 4 times a day. We prefer them a bit older, at least 2. Other neighbors have dogs so there is always someone happily barking around. Pay us a visit...we are small but mighty and in love with your pooch already!

Awesome, accommodating and loving!
Jane was very loving to our dog and took good care of him. My only issue was that she charges the same price for day care or overnight.
Jane was amazing. We felt that our dog was in good hands. We met her beforehand before we booked and again to introduce our dog before the actual sitting dates. She sent pics and constantly kept us updated on how our dog was doing with her. Excellent pet sitting experience.
My dog Phoebe really liked Jane a lot! As the owner of Phoebe, I was so impressed The extra things Jane did for my doggy. Jane took time to brush her, take care of a weepy eye that happened and gave A lot of tender loving care. I was a little concerned because it was the first time using Rover. Jane was great!!!❤️

I have a good-sized patio for the kids to be out on only when I am in a place in the house where I can see and hear them. Aside from that there are lawns surrounding my place and lots of areas to walk in either on property or off.

Just that the doggie has an even temperament and gets along with other dogs. We love older doggies too. This is a dog-house from the living room to the bedroom and we like dogs to sleep on the bed if they like and no furniture is off-limits. However, it is important that the doggie guest is not aggressive with other dogs and is not a barker.
A typical day
We do a longish walk around 6am...lance does about 45 minutes but if we have older dogs we cut the time down. Then walks throughout the day on the 8 acre property where we see some of our doggie neighbors. Dogs love lying around on patio which is escape free. then we hang around discussing world affairs and what's for dinner. He's an only child and loves having friends visit so come check us out and we look forward to making a new friend.

I work at home through zoom and am available day and night even when I am in meetings. The dogs love to listen in to the conversations!
