Palak was very responsive and willing to fulfill my requests. Her and her husband treated Cloud like their own fur baby and it gave me comfort knowing he was being treated like we would treat him at home. She provided regular updates (videos, messages and photos) and took him for walks. Her apartment is spacious enough for him to roam around in and is dog friendly. She has a baby but Cloud seemed to get along with him very well. There were lots of other dogs around and there is lots of green space nearby for them to walk. Will be booking with her again!

Palak was absolutely fantastic when looking after my dog Diji overnight. She sent updates with pictures and videos and had great communication. She also had no problem giving my dog his wet food on time and kept his routine during his stay. Definitely would rebook again, thank you so much Palak!
