Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats (as well as fish, reptiles, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and mice) since I was very little! Growing up I had a German Shepard, two toy poodles, a lab mix, and a husky! I have also had four cats! As of right now I have two cats who are the loves of my life. We had to recently put down our third cat due to some health and age factors. I have had a few years caring for senior cats who have to take fail medications (one of my seniors is a renal patient with arthritis meds and the other had hypothyroidism). I have watched my neighbors, family, and friends’ pets since I was in high school. I always enjoying meeting new animals and getting to know them and their personality.

Paige was wonderful, and a huge help! I had to leave town for a few days. My pets immediately liked her during the meet-and-greet, which was a plus. Paige was able to administer insulin to my diabetic dog, and was really great about putting his pen back together as he doesn't like staying in it much, but needed to to help minimize accidents while we were gone. She gave my cat and dog plenty of attention and outside time. She took gorgeous and funny pics of the pets, and her updates made me feel that they were in good hands. I 100% recommend Paige to anyone needing a pet sitter.

I understand that every pet is different, so I try to give each animal as much time as possible to get to know me when we meet for the first time. I also understand animal’s body language, so I can definitely tell when your pet may be stressed out or scared. Being able to read their body language allows me to appropriately respond to your pet.

A typical day
Each pet is different, therefore each day is different! If your buddy loves to go for walks and has plenty of energy, then I will spend my day burning off that energy. However, I’d your pet loves to just hang out and watch birds, then I’m sore than happy to hang out!

I am currently unavailable from 3-6 M-F, but I am always around before and after. My weekends can be busy, but I always try to update my schedule as far in advance as I can!
