**Please Note: only accepting drop in visits at this time** Hello all! My name is Paige and I live in Gardendale. I have been a pet sitter for the last 7 years and have experience in a pet boarding facility. My pack consists of a golden retriever named Lexi, a sweet rescue named Arya and a big goofy Great Pyrenees named Charlie. They all love to play with the dogs that stay with us. I have experience giving medication to pets and will be more than happy to put your mind at ease about any instructions. I will be sure to take great care of your beloved pets while you are away, and send lots of pictures. In my home there is a Furbo camera so that I can see what’s going on even when I am not there and have a dog door that leads to a fenced in backyard. I have cared for all sorts of animals, ranging from cats and dogs to even horses. I accept house visits and will go up to two times per day to make sure the animals have everything they need and give them lots of love and attention. I hate to leave a bad review for anyone but I feel we need to be honest. We left Chester with Paige thinking we could enjoy our vacation. The day after we left, we received a text saying that Chester was barking too much and she and her boyfriend couldn’t sleep. And were told if he didn’t do much better the next night, we’d have to make other arrangements. She said she would be willing to take him to our house and perhaps a neighbor could look on him and she would be happy to tell them our instructions. When we told her that was not an option and if other arrangements needed to be made, we’d have to drive back from Florida to pick him up and most likely loose at least $800. She seemed fine with that. To say this was stressful is putting it mildly. Chester calmed down and Paige said he could stay. Let’s face it, the stress carried through the entire trip. If she did not want to watch him again, fine, but to make people feel that they may need to drive all the way back from Florida and loose a lot of money come on, that seems irresponsible. Just too much stress and aggravation. I can’t really recommend Paige as a pet sitter
Paige is wonderful! Finn had a great time playing with her dogs, and even got to swim during his stay. We got lots of pictures and updates, and will absolutely be booking with her again.
Paige was great with my dog! She went above and beyond to take great care of her and keep me updated on her status!
Baylee had so much fun during her stay with Paige. She laid out in the floor as soon as we got home and didn’t move until bedtime.

Dog must be neutered if boarding in my home. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs then I can do home visits otherwise your dog may not board with me, as I have multiple dogs at any time. I would also like to know of any aggression instances towards people if any has occurred before, and if your dog has a history of running away. These are all for the benefit and safety of all pets/persons involved and is not meant to intimidate anyone!
A typical day
Dogs can enjoy a fun filled day running around the backyard with full time access inside and outside the home through our handy dandy dog door. There is also a dog park across the street that we visit frequently!

Availability
I work 3 days per week as a nurse so I have the majority of the week to spend time with these fellas! On the days that I work my husband helps out and watches the pets for me. We make a great team!
