Pet care experience
I have been raising Guide Dogs for the Blind for the past 11 years. I am currently raising my 11th Guide Dog for the Blind, 5 of my dogs became official Guide Dogs for the Blind, 1 became a breeder who produced over 70 puppies, 1 became a K9 Buddy for a Blind child, 3 were career changed for medical reasons, and are now my loving pets. I worked at a Pet Boarding facility where I gained experience with dogs of all sizes. I enjoy spending time with dogs, getting to know their personalities, and watching them grow. Over the past 6 years I have housesat for multiple family’s for weeks at a time, taking care of their fur babies. I have spent numerous hours potty training and teaching dogs basic commands. I am available most afternoons after 3 pm as I will have school Tuesday-Thursday during the week. Another other day of the week I have free availability.

Paige was our dog sitter in California. She always did an amazing job with our extra large dog and small dog. They were always happy to see her whenever she was to be dog sitting. We used Paige on multiple occasions as we left town for holidays with family and couldn't always bring the fur babies. She played with then daily and gave them lots of attention. They were always fed properly and never went without water. I would highly recommend Paige as a pet sitter! I never had to worry about our dogs when Paige was with them.
Paige has been raising guide puppies for the blind for over 12 years—socializing, house breaking, walking, and loving them. She has been puppy/kitty sitting other people’s pets for almost as long. I totally trust her to care for my pets and she has taken them into her home many times while I am away for extended periods of time. She loves each and every pet that she cares for like they are her own. She has also worked at a local bed and biscuit caring for pets needing to be boarded in between her college courses and has worked at a local vet hospital on/off for several years. She will be an asset to any company that needs a hands-on pet loving person. I recommend her with my utmost trust in her.
Paige is amazing with my dog Maggie! She has watched her several times for extended periods. Maggie always gets so excited to see her too. Paige started training services dogs in high school and continues to do so. She is so amazing with animals. You would be lucky to have her.
