Having Osha watch my two dogs in my house overnight worked out well. I had to book last-minute when my son was no longer able to and he fit me into his schedule. Communication was very good and he sent lots of pictures of the dogs while I was away. It definitely eased my mind knowing they were well cared for and that they could stay in their own home and not a boarding kennel ...

Osha is a wonderful pet sitter. He is kind and caring and did an overall wonderful job. He took time to play with the kitties and sent us some really great photos of the cats on his visit.

This was the first time I had someone dog sit for us and Osha put us at ease. He was great with Nashville and Sasha and sent plenty of pictures and updates. It was so nice to know Nashville was having a blast, making friends, and exploring - rather than sitting at home alone for long stretches of time. By the time we came home Sunday night, Nashville was still wiped and ready for some bedtime ...

Experienced, Fun, & Friendly Care!

A little about myself - growing up I was fortunate enough to have various animal companions which included a Scottish terrier and a German shepherd, along with various cats and rabbits. In my collegiate years I volunteered as an animal cruelty investigator and helped train service dogs for individuals with physical or developmental disabilities.

Today I am currently living in the Saint Cloud area with my girlfriend, our 13-year old chihuahua named Choggles, and our 3-year ...

What Osha would like to know about your dog

What are your companion animal's likes & dislikes?

Do they have a favorite toy, game, or place to lounge?

Do they enjoy snuggles or just being tucked into their favorite napping area and reassured with affectionate pets?

Let me know the specifics of each animal companion, as I know that they all have personalities and preferences of their own.

I am not specifically partial to any breed. I do love to learn about the histories of rescue or adoptive animal companions, as it's a noble way to invite an animal companion into one's home. Regardless, knowing that different breeds require differing care routines, meals, and supplements, I rely on you for the direction needed to fulfill the specifics.

The more information I have to work with the better care and service I can provide each individual animal companion.

It is of utmost importance that I know for your animal companions & my own safety. Please clearly provide details if there are there aggressive tendencies that I should be aware of, or if there are any known behavioral trigger. Please provide all known information in regards to each animal companion I will encounter. I know admitting that these behaviors exist can be embarrassing, but instances of aggression and biting are the often the manifestations of underlying territorial behavior, dominant behavior, uncertainty or anxiety and it is imperative that I am prepared with this knowledge.

I'll always do my best to avoid causing further emotional distress or trauma for each animal companion within my care. I will work to deescalate any maladaptive behaviors when issues present themselves within my presence.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO CONSIDER
-a preemptive FAQ:

•Booking a reservation is certainly not a commitment, it's simply a request for a quote of my services and to work out specifics to see if I'm a good fit for you and your animal companions! If you choose to go with an alternate sitter or find another alternative care option, just let me know. Regardless, thanks for considering my services and no hard feelings!

•Daily drop in visit, walking adventure, and evening home sitting options means that a variety of low-stress care and companionship options are available to satisfy your animal companions needs and desires throughout each day. Since they get to remain within their own routine, base themselves within their home territory, and are guaranteed to be given the attention and affection needed they get to experience a happier at-home experience and a lower amount of anxiety during your absence.

•I most certainly accept booking reservations to care for multiple animals during a singular booking. Check my rates for additional charges. Please be certain to create a Rover profile for each of your animal companions so that I can familiarize myself with their specific needs and likes prior to the stay.

•Additional or specific services, outings, are tasks are available and can be performed on request. These services may include, but are not limited to indoor/outdoor play, neighborhood walks, playtime in a nearby dog park, or other requested tasks. Many of these services and tasks are offered with no additional or a very low-cost. Additional rates or fees may be applied to your quote dependent upon request or expectations

•Additional rates and charges may be added to your booking reservation. These could be added due to distance of travel, length-of-stay, holiday booking, task requests, along with other additional or specific services performed. If this is ever the case, I will let you know upfront, certainly prior to finalizing the booking or performing the task required.

•As in life, my availability does vary. I keep my calendar fairly updated reflecting my availability, for ease of booking and scheduling. Just so that I'm upfront about myself, I do work outside of the Rover platform. I understand if your companion animal's 'internal scheduling' conflicts with this schedule but can typically commit to a drop in visit, walk, or an alternating schedule of both approximately every 6 hours each day.

•As in life, things can come up on your side unexpectedly. I have a moderate, no-hassle cancellation policy because at times I do have to turn away other potential clients for set bookings. You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 (noon) the day before your stay begins (12:00 noon is determined by your my set time zone). Please see my calendar for the full cancellation policy details.
